Senior and Active Older Adult Programs
The YMCA of the Greater Tri-Valley offers a variety of programs for seniors and active older adults in the communities we serve. Please give a call to either of our branches to inquire about the following programs, that are designed specifically for our seniors:
Silver Sneakers, Forever Strong, Pilates, Stretch and Relaxation, Yoga, Water Walking, Fitness For the Young At Heart, Pre/Post Surgery/Therapeutic, Aquamotion, Deep Water Jogging, Silver Splash, Low Impact Water Aerobics, and Zumba Gold.
