Swim For Your Health, Safety, and Fun
We offer many different types of aquatic programs at the YMCA of the Greater Tri-Valley. We feature 25-yard, heated indoor pools in both our Rome and Oneida Family YMCA's.
Whether you're looking for a great workout in the pool, want to learn how to swim, or just like to enjoy some time swimming laps, we have something for everyone. Our pools are open for programming during select hours; we offer group swimming lessons for youth of all ages and birthday parties, along with a wide variety of aquatic exercise classes.
