Mission

The YMCA is committed to serving everyone in the community and never turns anyone away based on their inability to pay for memberships and programs. The Y is a community partner, an advocate for healthy living, and cares very much about the people we serve.

Event Details

Our tournament is being held at Crestwood Golf Club in Marcy, NY this year on Friday, September 13th. Breakfast begins at 8am with a shotgun start at 9am. We will conclude with lunch and awards after the course!

Contests

Contests include the winning score, closest to the pin for men and women, skins, and longest drive for men and women. We will also feature raffles with 50/50, prizes, and more.

Golfing For a Cause

To raise funds for our Changing Lives Campaign we host a variety of meaningful fund raising and awareness events throughout the year. These events are designed to educate the community in all the Y does, and provide funding to those in need. Each year we award approximately $100,000 in financial assistance to those in need for Y memberships and programs. All proceeds from the Y’s Changing Lives Golf Tournament- Corporate Cup Challenge - support the Y’s Changing Lives Campaign.

All proceeds benefit children and families in our local community who are unable to afford life-changing YMCA programs and services. These funds are made available through the YMCA's Changing Lives Financial Assistance program to ensure the YMCA continues it's mission to be available "for all."
