We feature two convenient locations; Rome and Oneida, with a wide variety of fitness classes, state-of-the-art fitness centers, talented and certified instructors, personal training and more to help you get on track. Our facilities are fully accessible for all and we celebrate inclusiveness. You can train at your own pace and we are here to help you!

Splash Fit
WEDNESDAYS
8:30-9:30am and 4:15-5:15pm
This high-intensity This is an aerobic, moderate-intensity shallow water class. Both barbels and noodles are utilized to work the entire body in this fun-filled caloric burning hour!
